About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Arts and Crafts Facility on Holloman AFB, New Mexico. This is a Regular Full Time (RFT) position with benefits (medical, dental, life insurance, retirement, 401(k), and annual/sick leave). Incumbent must be able to work other than normal duty hours which may include evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
This position is located at the Unaccompanied Housing program aboard Naval Base Kitsap, Bangor. The employee will oversee the daily operations of the Front Desk, Maintenance and Custodial Crew with limited Building Manager oversight. Responsible in assisting with the operation of the facility consistent with those services and amenities provided in a standard UH Building. The goal is to provide clean, comfortable housing for Sailors while contributing to the highest level of mission readiness.
