The Supervisory Acquisition and Utilization Specialist renders expert contract pre-award and post award expertise to all Administrative and Clinical Service lines within the VA Healthcare System (HCS) and supported catchment area.
Incumbent will serve in developmental assignment and will perform the duties outlined in the target grade position description under closer supervision. Assignments are given with more specific instructions and guidance until the incumbent has gained familiarity and experience with the work and can perform all duties at the full performance level as described in the target position description.
