The Minneapolis VA Health Care System is seeking a full-time primary care physician (general internal medicine or family medicine) to join our Women Veterans Comprehensive Health Center. The Center is an academic multidisciplinary outpatient clinic that offers integrated on-site primary care, mental health, gynecology, and clinical pharmacy services.
The Licensed Professional Mental Health Counselor (LPMHC) in the Mental Health Service Line (MHSL) works in the Behavioral Health Interdisciplinary Program (BHIP)/Chronic Care Model (CCM). They independently handle case assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and discharge planning for Veterans needing mental health or substance use treatment. They serve as counselor, case manager, consultant, and educator, offering various psychotherapy modalities to individuals, couples, and groups.

The NA performs assigned duties in a manner that promotes quality health care, positive and outstanding customer service, and the maintenance of an environment committed to serving the veteran under close supervision with appropriate training and competencies.
