The purpose of the work is to perform technical support in invasive endoscopic procedures, monitor and assess patients pre, intra and postoperatively. The Medical Instrument Technician participates with the GI Lab team members in planning and implementing complex procedures.
The HBPC Physician Supervisor is the direct supervisor for HBPC clinicians and ancillary staff and addresses performance and conduct concerns with the supervised staff. The Physician provides patient care directly or through the supervision of residents in either the home or outpatient settings or in collaboration with LIPs. In addition to the role as clinician, the Physician may have administrative responsibilities for leadership and direction of programs in HPBC.
