The Police position is responsible for the operation, direction, and control of the law enforcement and physical security activities of a Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), Health Care System (HCS), or Police Service (PS). This position is eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP), a student loan payment reimbursement program. You must meet specific individual eligibility requirements in accordance with VHA policy and submit your EDRP application within four months of appointment. Program Approval, award amount (up to $200,000) and eligibility period (one to five years) are determined by the VHA Education Loan Repayment Services program office after complete review of the EDRP application.
About the position: This position is located at the Child Development Center on Holloman AFB in New Mexico. This position is a flexible position (0-40 hours). Work schedule is typically Monday through Friday with occasional weekends. This position may qualify for recruitment incentives for FY26.
