This Sleep NP, located at the Kansas City VA Medical Center in Kansas City, MO is involved in the management of care for patients with various sleep disorders and coordination of care for these patients. The NP is responsible for performing comprehensive patient assessments, including health histories, physical exam and evaluation and detection of abnormal findings of patient with sleep disorders in collaboration with the Sleep team.
This position falls within Pathology and Laboratory at the Eastern Colorado Health System VA Health Care System and at this level has a higher-level of responsibility for technical oversight and are expected to carry out assigned tasks of considerable difficulty independently. The incumbent serves as Medical Laboratory Technician performing a wide variety of laboratory tests on blood, urine and other body fluids of the Pathology and Laboratory Medical Service Line.
