THIS IS A TITLE 32 DUAL STATUS POSITION DUTY LOCATION: Deputy Chief of Staff Information Management (DCSIM), Hartford, CT AREA(S) OF CONSIDERATION: Area 1: All currently employed full-time permanent and indefinite personnel of the Connecticut Army National Guard. Area 2: All currently employed full-time temporary technician personnel and all current traditional members of the Connecticut Army National Guard.
Incumbent works in the Commander, Navy Region, Southwest (CNRSW) Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) Program under the general supervision of the designated manager. Incumbent is responsible for the management, supervision, design, administration, operation, and technical direction of a fitness facility and the fitness program within the Southwest Region. Incumbent is assigned to Naval Base Point Loma Fitness Centers.
This position is assigned to both Hickam Beach and White Plains Beach, a section of the Outdoor Recreation Division, Morale, Welfare and Recreation, Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam (JBPHH). The purpose of this position is to enforce rules and regulations pertaining to ocean safety, maintenance of facilities and equipment and, provide instructional classes and activities.
About the position: This is a NAF position with the 61st Force Support Squadron, located with Marketing on Los Angeles Air Force Base, El Segundo, California. This position is considered Flexible. The position is 0 hours, but has the potential to work up to 40 hours per week. As a flexible employee, you are not eligible for leave or benefits.

Subject to the elements of weather such as exposure to sun, wind, dust, soils, rain and snow, and hazards of equipment, contagious diseases, and horse related injuries such as exposure to bites, scratches, kicks and animal waste. Occasional climbing, lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling up to 75 pounds.
