This position is located in the Division of Clinical Services, Pharmacy Branch, Northern Navajo Medical Center (NNMC) of the Shiprock Service Unit (SSU). The purpose of this position is to serve as the Supervisory Pharmacist, managing clinical pharmacy services, personnel processes, quality improvement programs, and pharmacy operations in support of the SSU's mission, vision, and values. A REAL ID will be required beginning May 7, 2025, in accordance with 6 C.F.R. 37.5 (2021).
The significant factor of Nursing Assistants is that they provide care under close supervision, are learning to perform complex nursing skills, and will refer issues/questions to supervisors, higher graded Nursing Assistants, licensed nursing staff or other healthcare professionals.
