Job Description

In order to qualify, you must meet the education and/or experience requirements described below. For the CP-9 level you must have one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to at least the CP-08/GS-10 level which is in or directly related to the line of work of the position to be filled. Specialized experience for this grade level is defined as: 1) experience in management analysis, project coordination, process improvement, data analysis, reporting, and preparation of recommendations and analytical products for management; and 2) independently planning and carrying out the successive steps of assigned studies, project segments, process reviews, and data-analysis assignments in accordance with established policies, precedents, and accepted practices. For the CP-10 level you must have one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to at least the CP-9/GS-11 level which is in or directly related to the line of work of the position to be filled. Specialized experience for this grade level is defined as: 1) experience in management analysis, project coordination, process improvement, data analysis, reporting, and the preparation of recommendations and analytical products for management; and participating in cross-functional projects and organizational improvement initiatives involving ISB offices, Department components, process owners, subject-matter experts, contractors, and other stakeholders. For the CP-11 level you must have one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to at least the CP-10/GS-12 level which is in or directly related to the line of work of the position to be filled. Specialized experience for this grade level is defined as: 1) responsible for planning, conducting, and leading complex management studies, organizational assessments, program reviews, and administrative improvement initiatives affecting ISB programs, operations, and management processes; and 2) developing annual, multiyear, and other long-range work plans and determining the qualitative and quantitative methods necessary to complete assigned projects and studies.
