Job Description

In order to qualify, you must meet the education and/or experience requirements described below. For the CP-10 level you must have one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to at least the CP-9/GS-11 level which includes 1) interprets and provides instructions on laws, regulations, policies, and procedures, and develops guidance on appropriate courses of action; 2) provides advice, guidance training, and outreach to employees and managers with assigned programs and projects; and 3) responds to difficult issues that involve complex projects, and problems that require expert advice or authoritative policy. For the CP-11 level you must have one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to at least the CP-10/GS-12 level which includes 1) interprets and provides instructions on laws, regulations, policies, and procedures, and develops guidance on appropriate courses of action; 2) provides advice, guidance training, and outreach to employees and managers with assigned programs and projects; and 3) responds to difficult issues that involve complex projects, and problems that require expert advice or authoritative policy.
