Job Summary

Job Description
In order to qualify, you must meet the education and/or experience requirements described below. The incumbent of this position must have at least one (1) year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the CP-04 (GS-06) grade level. Examples of qualifying specialized experience include: (1) Knowledge of operating procedures pertaining to security, dispatching, alarm monitoring, telecommunications, and computer databases to isolate and solve a wide range of recurring problems that affects prompt and accurate delivery of messages. (2) Skill in collecting and evaluating information, identifying critical facts, and recommending the appropriate course of action in a timely manner. (3) Knowledge of analytical and evaluation methods to interpret and organize data associated with security screening and dispatching activities. (4) Skill in navigating and utilizing multiple law enforcement specialized software platforms in accordance with authorized access and security protocols.
