Job Summary

The Office of the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) provides operations support services and business solutions to the community of 10,000 House Members, Officers and staff.

Job Description

Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience. Demonstrated experience in customer service, stakeholder engagement, or project coordination/management in a technical or service‐focused environment. Knowledge, Skill, and Ability (KSA) and Competency Requirements: Knowledge of technology applications and platforms that enable CAO business. Solid understanding of core AI concepts and knowledge of GenAI concepts, including LLMs, RAG/MCP architecture and agents, preferred. Ability to manage information technology projects. Ability to deliver outstanding customer services experiences to customers. Knowledge of Organizational Change Management principles; ability to develop and implement measurements and metrics to achieve positive change. Knowledge of Technical Change Management/Service Management/ITIL preferred. Knowledge of digital channels and communications technology and skill in marketing and branding. Skill in project and program management, including stakeholder engagement and management of large, technical projects. Skill in consultation and coordination. Skill in data collection and survey development; ability to analyze and manage data, conduct research, and develop reports. Ability to develop and implement creative and innovative concepts into new and existing content. Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing with executive leadership, management staff, information technology professionals, and non-technical users.
