Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: · A student who has demonstrated skill in customer journey optimization to improve the end-to-end customer experience. · Currently an undergraduate student attending a college or university. Preferred Qualifications: · Ability to maintain professionalism in a team environment. · Ability to lift boxes of merchandise. · Observant; strong attention to detail. · Clear, concise communication and organizational skills. · Desire to learn and grow professionally. · Desire to make contributions and offer insights that lead to the growth and success of the business by data-driven decision making. · Strong interpersonal skills.
