Job Description

Qualifications: 3-5 years of relevant experience Bachelor’s degree in related field Strong oral and written communications skills. Knowledge of Continuity of Operations, Business Continuity, and/or Continuity of Government principles. Exhibits strong adaptability, flexibility, and attention to detail in planning and executing several projects. Experience in providing excellent customer service. Skill in research, documentation, reporting, technical writing, and record management. Skill in outreach, presentation, coordination, and project management. Ability to multitask and prioritize with minimal supervision. Ability to recognize and deal with politically sensitive issues in both technical and legislative environments. Ideal candidate will be seen as a consensus builder, finding ways to get to "yes". Must be willing to occasionally travel, potentially with limited notice, and perform contingency operations. This would include the ability to lift (up to 50 pounds) and load equipment. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility. **Continued employment is contingent upon satisfactorily completing a criminal history records check (or other applicable security clearance) and a pre-employment drug-test (pre-identified position only).
