Other Duties/ Responsibilities Initiate POs for Senate IT approved equipment. Assist customers with purchases of non-standard IT equipment. Required Work Experience 1-2 years. Required Special Skills/ Knowledge As part of our hiring process, we may conduct a skills assessment to better understand an applicant’s proficiency in key areas relevant to the role. Effective communication. Work experience with ServiceNow, Asset Management and Excel. Desired Qualifications Experience creating purchase orders; billing and invoicing knowledge. Effective problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail. Able to prioritize multiple tasks while effectively managing daily workflow. Able to be a problem solver, handling sensitive situations and customer needs. Able to be an effective team player while working in a remote climate.
