Job Description

MINIMUM MILITARY GRADE: E1 MAXIMUM MILITARY GRADE: E7 Your rank MUST be included somewhere within your resume. You must fully substantiate in your own words that you meet the requirements listed below. When explaining minimum requirements and specialized experience you must give examples. GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Experience, education, or training which provided a general knowledge of housing management methods, practices, and operating techniques. Experience communicating information both verbally and in writing, and the ability to meet and deal with individuals and groups. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Experience, education or training coordinating movement and accountability of equipment. Experience conducting audits and preparing reports. Experience which demonstrated the knowledge of basic principles, techniques, and methodology pertaining to the management planning, scheduling, coordinating and efficient use of Government-owned housing facilities. Experience developing and implementing a variety of directives and instructions concerning the full range of billeting activities for application by residents and lower-level housing personnel.
