Job Summary

Serves as a Bartender (Flex) position in the Beverage Department of the Hale Koa Hotel. This position will remain open until 12/31/2025 . Local candidates will be reviewed first as PCS is not authorized. If determined that area of consideration is to be expanded, all candidates will be considered.

Job Description

Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and abilities (KSAs) as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following: 1) Must meet state/local age requirements for the serving of alcoholic at the time of appointment. 2) Experience as a full service bartender. 3) Possess skills in mixing and serving alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages 4) Possess math skills necessary to calculate patron bills and take inventory. ONLY THOSE CANDIDATES MEETING HIGHLY-QUALIFYING CRITERIA WILL BE INITIALLY REFERRED. IF MANAGEMENT DOES NOT SELECT A HIGHLY-QUALIFIED CANDIDATE, THEY MAY REQUEST AN ADDITIONAL REFERRAL INCLUDING ALL QUALIFIED APPLICANTS. HIGHLY QUALIFIED CRITERIA FOR THIS POSITION ARE: 1) Experience in bartending within the last 2 years 2) Experience in a resort, hotel, nightclub or restaurant setting 3) Knowledge of Micros POS Systems
