Job Summary
Serves as a Project Manager in the Engineering Department of the Hale Koa Hotel. 2025 Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) for Honolulu, HI is 8.64%. The first cut-off date will be on 16 September 2025. 1. Must have construction management experience related to the hotel industry and have knowledge of hotel operations. 2. Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. 3. Experience with serving as a Contracting Officer Representative (COR). ONLY THOSE CANDIDATES MEETING HIGHLY-QUALIFYING CRITERIA WILL BE INITIALLY REFERRED.
