Job Summary

Serves as the Business Manager of the Parking Garage at the Hale Koa Hotel. 2025 Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) for Honolulu, HI is 8.64%. The first cut-off date will be on 02 May 2025. Additional lists will be pulled after this first cut-off date at the request of the hiring manager. Local candidates will be reviewed first as PCS is not authorized. If determined that area of consideration is to be expanded, all candidates will be considered.

Job Description

1. 1 year of managerial/supervisory experience to include scheduling, payroll, coaching, discipline and training of staff. 2. Skilled at being able to troubleshoot, analyze data, making business based decisions, providing customer service and following up on customer complaints. 3. Work experience in managing cost controls in order to meet budget requirements and presenting to senior level management. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
