Job Summary

THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a WORKPLACE VIOLENCE & HARASSMENT PREVENTION SPEC (PREV WF). The primary purpose of this position is to directly support the development and execution of policies, programs, and procedures to implement integrated primary prevention strategies and plans which impact or relate to the primary prevention of workplace harassment and the development of healthy workplace climates and cultures.

Job Description

Military Grades: E-5- E-9, WO1- CW4, LT- LTC GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Specialized experience time requirements 1 year equivalent to at least next lower grade level. This specialized experience time requirement applies to both one- and two-grade interval work. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: 1 year specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level. Experience, education or training analyzing problems, identifying significant factors, gathering pertinent data and recognizing solutions; preparing reports, plans, policies and various correspondence; evaluating objectives and develop plans to facilitate the availability and effective utilization of various social science resources. Must have knowledge of the organization and its mission and utilized the organizational staff procedures. Experience applying analytical and evaluative techniques to issues or studies concerning the efficiency and effectiveness of social science program operations carried out by administrative or professional personnel, or substantive administrative support functions.
