Job Description

Applicants must have had progressively responsible experience and training sufficient in scope and quality to furnish them with an acceptable level of the following knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties of the position without more than normal supervision. Knowledge of workflow analysis, process improvement methodologies, and emerging technologies to support digital collections.** Ability to lead complex digital collection projects from acquisition through long-term preservation.** Ability to organize, plan, and track digital projects.** Ability to use state-of-the-art technology for the conversion, description and preservation of digital assets. Ability to communicate effectively in writing. Ability to provide consultation or liaison duties. Ability to communicate effectively other than in writing.
