This position is located in the Licensing Division Section, Financial Management Division, Office of the Assistant Register and Director of Operations, Copyright Office. The incumbent of this position will work a flexitime work schedule. This is a non-supervisory, bargaining unit position.

Applicants must have had progressively responsible experience and training sufficient in scope and quality to furnish them with an acceptable level of the following knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties of the position without more than normal supervision. Ability to gather, compile, and analyze financial data using analytical methods and techniques to identify and resolve complex financial issues.** Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and techniques.** Ability to use financial computer systems and software applications for financial analysis work.** Knowledge of Federal financial management regulations, laws, policies and procedures.
