Job Description
You may qualify at the NH 3 , if you fulfill the following qualifications: A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-2/GS-11 grade level in the Federal service as listed below: Deploys and analyzes Cyberspace Operations, Defensive Cyberspace Operations, Defensive Cyberspace Force employment, cybersecurity practices, and risk management methodologies. Develops operational plans, concepts of operations, orders, and Combatant Command (or equivalent) level strategy documents. Makes recommendations for revising established strategies and plans as necessary to account for the changing nature of cyber threats and vulnerabilities to operations. Analyzes conflicting or incomplete information to provide senior leader level recommendations Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. In addition to meeting qualifications, your application package must reflect the applicable experience to meet the Individual Occupational Requirements for the 2210, series as listed below: Experience must be IT related; the experience may be demonstrated by paid or unpaid experience and/or completion of specific, intensive training (for example, IT certification), as appropriate For all positions individuals must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below.
