Job Description

ASSESSMENT FACTORS 1. Identifies and uses scientific and technical intelligence data sources, interprets data derived from these sources, and incorporates findings with all-source information. 2. Works as a team member and leader, taking responsibility for sharing Agency knowledge, information, and responsibilities with coworkers, subordinates, and superiors. 3. Takes a lead role to build collaborative working relationships across DIA by encouraging colleagues to engage team members and others on specific or general issues. 4. Is flexible and responds in a timely fashion to changing requirements, priorities, and short deadlines. 5. Anticipates problems and obstacles associated with moderately complex projects and proactively develop creative solutions to address them prior to implementation.
