BASIC REQUIREMENT: https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/classification-qualifications/general-schedule-qualification-standards/#url=Group-Standards MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Your resume must demonstrate at least (1) year of full-time specialized experience comparable in difficulty and responsibility to the GS-13 grade level that equipped you with the knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the duties of this position. Examples include: Performs as a fully warranted Lease Contracting Officer (LCO) with responsibilities relating to Federal real property leasing and procurement of both direct and General Service Administration Occupancy Agreements. Administers federal lease policy, documentation and management in accordance with federal acquisition and long-term lease budget planning; and federal lease accountability, tracking and reporting. SELECTIVE PLACEMENT FACTOR This position requires a Federal Lease Warrant Level I - Simplified (LCP I) for Federal Acquisition Certification (FAC-C). (Must provide copy of certification) All qualification requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement. Merit Promotion candidates must also meet time-in-grade requirements by the announcement closing date.
