Provides facility, asset and property management and business processes associated with facilities, internal controls and operations and maintenance and capital investment portfolio management.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: BASIC REQUIREMENT: https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/classification-qualifications/general-schedule-qualification-standards/0300/management-and-program-analysis-series-0343/ MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Your resume must demonstrate at least (1) year of full-time specialized experience comparable in difficulty and responsibility to the GS-13 grade level that equipped you with the knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the duties of this position. Examples include: The ability to independently analyze, develop, evaluate, coordinate, and improve programs, policies, and business processes associated with facilities, internal controls, reporting, condition assessments, deferred maintenance, Operations and Maintenance (O&M), and capital investment portfolio management. All qualification requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement. Merit Promotion candidates must also meet time-in-grade requirements by the announcement closing date.
