You will serve as a Contract Specialist for PAE Mission Systems Cyber Pure. The salary range shown above represents all the positions within the pay band, including higher responsibility positions. Based on the responsibilities of this position (Control Point), the total adjusted salary may be capped equivalent to GS-15 step 5 at $191,850-Washington Navy Yard, $191,850-San Diego, CA., $191,535- (Adjusted Pay)

Job Description

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or NH-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Performing complex pre-award and post-award contracting functions for the acquisition of supplies, services, construction, research and development, and major systems from commercial and noncommercial sources. Duties include planning and conducting acquisitions using formal advertising and negotiated procedures; developing acquisition strategies; evaluating cost and price proposals; establishing negotiation objectives; and negotiating contract prices, terms, conditions, modifications, claims, and settlements.
