You will serve as a SUPERVISORY HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST in the PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT AND ACCOUNTABILITY DIVISION (76) of FLEET HRO STENNIS.

Job Description

To qualify for a GS-14, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience applying broad labor relations concepts, principles, and practices. Experience displaying a mastery of advanced Labor & Employee Relations laws, regulations, principles, precedents, and policy sufficient to serve as a technical expert consultant. Experience effectively presenting and negotiating complex issues with the Labor/Employee Relations Programs to a wide range of audiences. Experience demonstrating knowledge of the legislative process, administrative procedures, administrative case law, and court decisions. Experience independently planning, developing, and carrying out complex projects and studies, and presenting findings/results to leadership.
