Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band NR-03 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing and/or resolving complex construction and design issues using knowledge of construction practices, methods, and materials across multiple disciplines; and providing technical oversight and review of construction quality-management support including plans, specifications, submittals, requests for information, schedules, and safety documentation.
