You will serve as a SUPERVISORY INSTRUCTIONAL SYSTEMS SPECIALIST in the Training and Education Command of TRAINING AND EDUCATION COMMAND.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: advising stakeholders regarding adult learning, designing and developing learning programs, using an online learning management system, facilitating learning during lessons; assessing learning through formative and summative measures; guiding instructor/faculty development, and recommending changes to school policy and practices. My experience demonstrates a practical knowledge of the subject area of the position and of the methods and techniques of instructional/learning systems.
