You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the FINANCE DEPARTMENT (CODE 600) of MID ATLANTIC REGIONAL MAINTENANCE CTR.

Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience utilizing knowledge of appropriations law, financial policies, and regulatory guidance (e.g., DoD FMR), as well as experience tracking and managing funds across multiple lines of accounting. Experience analyzing financial data, developing spending plans, and providing recommendations to leadership to ensure effective and efficient use of resources is essential. Experience assisting in budget execution, monitoring obligations and expenditures, reconciling financial discrepancies, and preparing financial reports. Experience supporting mid-year and year-end close-out processes, as well as working with stakeholders to resolve funding issues, is critical preparation for this role. Experience with Department of Defense (DoD) or Department of the Navy (DoN) financial systems, including Navy ERP, or similar.
