Job Summary

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY CONTRACT SPECIALIST in the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) \within the Construction Contracts Branch, A-E and Construction Contracts Division of NAVAL FACILITIES ENG SYSTEMS COMMAND PAC.

Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing, executing, and administering contracts in support of Architect-Engineering and/or construction for shore facilities; 2) Serving as a Source Selection Board member, evaluating contractor past performance, price, experience and technical ability; and 3) Advising all stakeholders on contract policy interpretation, contract proposals, solicitation, negotiation, administration, and termination of contracts.
