Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Assisting in managing personnel programs, ensuring readiness, overseeing integration of multiple force preservation programs such as Military Equal Opportunity, Sexual Assault Prevention, Family Readiness, Operational Stress Control and Readiness; Providing senior level leadership with program management and assessments; Oversight of subordinate employees, advising on work and administrative matters.
