You will serve as a SUPERVISORY DEPUTY COMMANDANT within HEADQUARTERS US INDO-PACIFIC COMMAND.

Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Developing long-range facilities and real property plans by analyzing operational requirements, evaluating land and building utilization, and identifying opportunities for reuse, consolidation, and capital improvements. 2. Planning, programming, and budgeting facility maintenance, repair, and construction requirements by prioritizing projects and developing multiyear execution plans within available resources. 3. Managing mission-essential facility operations, including electrical, backup power, HVAC, utilities, and security alarm systems, to maintain continuous operations and resolve infrastructure deficiencies. 4. Coordinating with public works, contractors, and tenant organizations on project scoping, design reviews, and construction monitoring to ensure facilities meet operational requirements and resource constraints. 5. Directing organizational programs through subordinate supervisors by establishing priorities, assigning work, evaluating performance, assessing contractor work, and implementing process improvements.
