You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER (The Training, Readiness, Exercise and Ranges Director) in the Operations Department; N3 of NAVAL SPECIAL WARFARE COMMAND.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Directing complex training development, execution, policy development, and operational readiness reporting; and matching operational capability development (aligned with leadership strategy) to training systems, budgets, multi-million dollar training contracts, and ensuring strict compliance with SOCOM and DON high risk safety and training policies.
