You will serve as a Financial Management Analyst of NAVY PERSONNEL COMMAND.

Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-07) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Researching guidance to locate accounting, budgetary and financial information to prepare summaries for use by managers; 2) Processing a variety of financial transactions, reconciliations and reports for presentation to and for use by leadership; 3) Utilizing accounting systems to gather and update data; 4) Assisting with the forecasting of resources to ensure funding availability and budget estimates; and 5) Tracking obligations and expenditures in accordance with regulations to ensure accurate accounting of funds.
