You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the OFFICE of ASN.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience with one or more of the Department of the Navy's end-to-end business process (e.g. procure to pay, order to cash, acquire to retire, propose to reward, plan to stock, budget to report, hire to retire), processes, including best practices, industry standards, and regulatory requirements Experience tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for the End-to-Ends or other process areas Experience developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to monitor performance, identify trends, and drive improvement initiatives; Experience building strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster collaboration and trust.
