Job Description

In addition to the Basic Education Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Performing both pre-award and post-award contracting functions relating to the planning, development, advertisement, award, and administration of contracts for design, construction, alteration, maintenance, and facility support services, AND Contracting policies and practices, performance requirements, and negotiation techniques to serve as lead negotiator in the acquisition of design services, systems, and construction, AND Directing, coordinating, and overseeing the work of others, that may include subordinate supervisors and non-supervisory personnel.
