You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT in the ADMINISTRATIVE/ TRAINING DEPT of NAVCOMTELSTA SIGONELLA, Italy. This position is a DoD Cyber Excepted Service (CES) personnel system position in the Excepted Service under 10 U.S.C. 1599f.

Qualifying experience would be demonstrated by: 1) Analyze programs and recommend improvements on the effective applications of civilian programs to support administrative work of supervisors or senior staff. 2) Operate a computer with Internet browsing, database capabilities and advance word processing software to create and manipulate complex formats. 3) Interpret regulations and procedures pertaining to civilian personnel administration to support program management and personnel work.
