Job Summary

You will serve as a Information Technology Specialist (DATAMGT) in the METOC SYSTEMS AND INFRASTRUCTURE DEPT of NAVAVNFCSTCEN.

Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience exercising formal supervisory authority, including developing performance standards, evaluating civilian/military personnel, and managing a multi-tiered workforce through subordinate supervisors or team leads. Experience chairing or serving as a key voting member on an IT Configuration Control Board (CCB) or similar IT governance body. Practical knowledge of managing and integrating complex enterprise IT environments, specifically involving virtualized desktop infrastructure (VDI), Microsoft Exchange, and host-based security systems (HBSS). Experience developing and executing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operating Level Agreements (OLAs) to manage customer expectations and support package delivery. Strategic knowledge of military/government C4 planning, IT modernization protocols, and cybersecurity frameworks. Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
