Job Summary

You will serve as a REMEDIAL PROJECT MANAGER (RPM) in the Environmental Business Line of NAVFAC ENGINEERING CMD MID-ATLANTIC.

Job Description

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Coordinate and negotiate with regulatory agencies and presenting the results of environmental investigations and remediations at public forums. 2) Manage CERCLA/RCRA Investigations (Restoration sites) that adhere to a Federal Facilities Agreement and annual Site Management Plans. 3) Performing technical document reviews, providing comments on contractor deliverables to ensure high quality documents are provided and overseeing contracts for architectural and engineering services and construction services.4) Develop and implement project criteria, schedules, and budgets in conformance with project and/or customer requirements and applicable policies and guidance. 5) Create Scopes of Work, Government Estimates, evaluating contractor proposals, conducting contract negotiations, and managing contract task orders.
