Job Summary
You will serve as a F-35 SITE ACTIVATION LEAD - SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER in the F-35 LIGHTNING II JOINT PROGRAM OFFICE (JPO) of PEO FOR JOINT STRIKE FIGHTER.
Job Description
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 (GS-12/13) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Significant professional experience in administration, management, program operations, or a related area. Demonstrated experience leading complex programs, initiatives, or organizational operations. Proven ability to analyze complex issues, develop recommendations, and support strategic decision-making; Demonstrated leadership experience working with senior management, internal stakeholders, and external partners. Strong strategic planning, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a complex organizational environment; Knowledge of public-sector management principles, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Ability to exercise sound judgment, discretion, and independent decision-making in matters of organizational importance. Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to prepare executive-level reports, briefings, and recommendations.
