Job Summary
You will serve as the Branch Manager (Level 4), in the Training Systems Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) Department (GT5) of NAWCTSD ORLANDO.
Job Description
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) or pay band (NM-05) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate duties related to the following: 1) Leading and supervising a multidisciplinary technical engineering workforce (including GS-13 level personnel), managing personnel actions, evaluating performance, and resolving grievances to drive program and operational success; 2) Directing the planning, acquisition, development, and life cycle engineering support of complex, mission-critical simulators and training systems; 3) Conducting workforce development and management, including assessing team productivity, mapping skills gaps, and implementing targeted training to maintain technical competencies; and 4) Serving as a senior technical authority and advisor to executive leadership, conducting long-term strategic studies on policy, procedures, and emerging training system technologies.
