Job Summary

You will serve as an Intelligence Specialist at the GG-14 grade levelwith responsibility as a counterintelligence (CI) subject matter expert for the OPNAV N2X CI and Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Senior Advisor to the Director of Naval Intelligence.

Job Description

This position has a Selective Placement Factor: Candidate must be a graduate of a DoD/DoW certified Counterintelligence agent. This must be listed on the candidate's resume. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at the next lower grade level GS/GG-13. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Recent, relevant experience serving as a CI agent supporting operational units/commands. 2. Experience as a leader or manager providing guidance, direction, control and oversight of CI agents conducting CI activities. 3.Senior-level expertise for policy and regulatory guidance regarding CI programs and activities at the Service, Military Department, DoD/DoW, and Intelligence Community levels. 4. Experience evaluating CI/Human Intelligence operations and procedures in support of program and operational requirements; researching, developing, and presenting recommendations for future CI/HUMINT operations and activities.
