Job Summary
You will serve as a Supervisory Industrial Specialist in the Prototype, Manufacturing, & Test Department, Prototype & Manufacturing Division, Quality Assurance Branch, Quality Assurance/Quality Assurance Verification Section of NAVAIRWARCENADLKE.
Job Description
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (NM-03)/(GS-09-12) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing duties such as: 1) Proficient in management of the QA Verification Section including providing technical oversight and furnishing technical information, assistance and advice regarding the integration of methods, processes, equipment, facilities, and standards as they relate to verification of SE & ALRE systems. 2) Proficient in representing the Section in meetings and conferences with key personnel from other Sections, Branches and Divisions within and across NAWCADLKE and other agencies to discuss and reach agreement on technical matters and to coordinate work efforts. 3) Proficient in QA Verification functions including QA support requirements for organic manufacture, repair, overhaul, commercial procurement, and acquisition of SE & ALRE systems. 4) Proficient in providing input to the QA Branch Head regarding development of QA policies and procedures, workload forecasts, and personnel attrition/hiring plans. 5) Proficient in managing human resources of the section including work assignments, performance management, time and attendance, development and training, and labor and employee relations.
