Job Summary

You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST (GLOBAL PORTFOLIO MANAGER) in the Operations (OP) Contingency Engineering (OPA) Division of NAVFAC OSF.

Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Executing assigned SC/SA cases in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies, while providing advocacy, oversight, and guidance to the SYSCOM, PEO, SSCO, and NIPO; 2. Identifying future SC/SA budget requirements, submitting requests, reporting transactions, and participating in budget reviews and planning meetings; 3. Supporting international requirements in accordance with strategic objectives and providing periodic updates to the SSCO, including pre-LOR/MOR data collection; 4. Executing BPC, FMF, and FMS case development, execution, and closure within established timelines, and notifying key offices when unable to respond promptly; 5. Advising NIPO of EDA divestiture programs and providing timely updates to the SSCO; 6. Coordinating with NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (WSS) and NAVSUP WSS N52 for supply chain integration, sustainment, lifecycle support, and case data reconciliation; and 7. Contacting NAVFAC Headquarters SSCO within the Contingency Engineering Division to ensure efficient facilities support for partner nations.
