Job Summary

You will serve as a Human Resources Specialist in the Plans and Programs Division (SP10), Human Resources Office (SPHR) of STRATEGIC SYSTEMS PROGRAMS.

NH-03Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 (GS-11 Equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Managing and/or analyzing workforce development programs (e.g., mandatory training, employee development, DAWIA, etc.) to achieve organizational mission priorities or strategic human capital objectives. NH-02Your resume must demonstrate at least 3 years general experience, 1 year of which was equivalent to at least GS-04 grade level or NH-01 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. General experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing or assisting with workforce training and development programs to achieve organizational priorities and strategic human capital objectives.
