Training Division - Arlington, VA ; Glynco, GA The selectee of this position serves as a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst. You will be responsible for the Training Division's budget formulation and execution; management of contracts and procurement; formulation of administrative policies and good business practices; the preparation of management reports, etc.
Job Description
GS-14 TIME IN GRADE REQUIREMENTS: Merit promotion applicants must meet applicable time-in-grade requirements to be considered eligible. One year at the GS-13 grade level is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS-14 grade level. (Must submit your SF-50 that shows Time-in-Grade eligibility and reflects your title, series, and grade. No award SF-50 will be accepted). You may qualify at the GS-0343-14 level, if you fulfill the following qualifications: Specialized Experience: Must have at least one year (52 weeks) of full-time specialized work experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the federal service performing the following duties: 1) Formulating and executing an organization's budget; 2) Supervising and evaluating the work of others; 3) Interpreting and implementing policy guidance that impacts an organizational program; AND 4) Analyzing existing procedures to identity more efficient and effective methods for accomplishing program objectives.
