Job Summary
You will serve as a GENERAL ENGINEER in the DDG 51 Program Office (PMS 400D), in the Deputy Portfolio Acquisition Executive Combatants (DPAE Combatants) component of DPAE COMBATANTS. This position is part of the Department of Defense Civilian Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project and has a control point; thus, the salary range may be capped at GS-15, Step 05, which is equivalent to $191,850. Job Description
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower pay band, NH-03 (or GS-13 equivalent), in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector executing the design process from requirements evaluation through requirements allocation and design trade-offs to design reviews and establish a baseline design. Examples of qualifying experience include: Identifying resource requirements; leading cross functional teams; executing phases of the design process; establishing and maintaining the design cost and schedule performance of government and contractor teams; and balancing costs, schedule, performance, and requirements for a given system.
