You will serve as a in the Human Resources Specialist (Military in the Enlisted Placement Management Division of NAVY PERSONNEL COMMAND.

Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing military personnel data systems (i.e. COGNOS, CMS-ID, Billet-Based Distribution, Enlisted Assignment Information System [EAIS], Defense Readiness Reporting System-Navy [DRRS-N], etc.) to gather, analyze, and present information to justify recommendations and/or actions; 2) Providing administrative support to revise business rules, instructions, and policy pertaining to program application; 3) Conducting studies on unit personnel readiness and/or recommending solutions to achieve readiness; 4) Preparing and/or presenting findings (i.e. making presentation, developing training material, writing letters/memos, etc.) regarding personnel studies.
